You've been a couple of nights homeless. You've been on the move sleeping different places almost every night. At some point you may wake up and not have a clue where you are.
This is actually common.
It's a temporary state of confusion only. You'll get over it by breakfast. It actually means that you slept comparatively well.
Sad to say, being homeless is physically and emotionally grueling. It's hard. Figure out what you can do to recharge your batteries and do it often. Rest whenever you need to.
